So Grace had her shots on Tuesday. We survived. She had to get 3 shots and a finger prick. That just seems like more than one year old should have to handle. But I guess it is better than Measles, Chickenpox or Hepatitis. So we shook the shot and the nurse was suprisingly understanding about it. Go figure! So what do you do after you have your child tortured? Take her to McDonald's for ice cream and french fries.

And if that doesn't work...have daddy take her to Landsford Canal State Park...

what a good girl! (you amy, I'm talking about you). Last time she got shots you cried. (shhh, I did too)
I know! I didn't cry and I even stayed in the room this time. Although I hide behind Neal while I made him hold her arms down.
SOMEBODY has to be counting for Grace and I guess that's me! Three shots and a finger prick equals four. McDonalds and a trip to the park equals two. You still own the girl two more cool things! A trip to the farm for a pony ride would be nice........
:c)
Am I the only one who notices that Grace is holding her sunglasses in the last pic? Every girl knows that having shots is no excuse for letting your fashion sense suffer!
Now Amy, start giving that kid carrots and celery sticks when she gets hurt or she's gonna be the fat kid at camp. Trust me.
Brave Grace - and Brave Amy! It is hard to have to give them their shots.. I'm glad you both survived. She's so sweet. I could just kiss her darling face forever!
