Resignation Superwoman...

So I was reminded this weekend that I am not 21 anymore and cannot party like a rockstar. Becca and I had a brilliant plan that was executed Sunday night at 6:30 pm. Becca picks me up at 6:30 and we are off to Charleston to see Big Head Todd at Windjammer on Isle of Palms. Sweet!!! I left my sweet girl with Daddy for the night so girls only. We rolled in around 9:30 pm after torential downpours. The opening act was playing so we were just in time ot get a beer and relax. Big Head Todd went on around 11 and they were so good! (The music on the blog is them in case you hadn't heard them before). It has been over 10 years since I have seen them last, so worth the wait. Windjammer is a bar right on the beach so you have this great ocean breeze blowing through to cool you off. So they played until 1 am and then we jumped back in the car and headed for home. That's right, we drove home. Becca had to work the next day and I had to take of care of Grace. So we got home about 4 am. I got about 2 1\2 hours of sleep before Grace woke up. Luckily I wasn't hung over since I only had a couple of beers but extremely tired. And let me tell you it is much easier going to work or class after an all nighter than it is too take care of a one year old. So I am resigning as Superwoman and am back to just Amy...thank God!
