We spent Father's Day on Pumpkin Lane. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of it. We went hiking, to the playground, canoeing and to visit Grandma and Grandpa. 
In other news Fran has just returned from another long visit to the hospital for a large abcessed infection in her lower bowel that is a result from the original abdominal surgery. After a week and a half she came home Saturday and is resting. It is still not known when she will be well enough for her bone marrow biopsy and port to be put in. The recovery from this surgery is proving to be much more diffucult than we imagined. Once again please keep your positive thoughts with Fran and her family. I will keep you updated.
