Remember to stop and smell the flowers!
Well we unofficially got the Pumpkin Lane house! I guess it isn't official until closing day where they take all our money. You all would be so proud of me the way I haggled the price...a seasoned pro I tell ya! So I guess it's time to start freaking out...oh my god a mortage! (Those of you that don't know we live Neal's grandmother's house. She left it to him when she died and it was paid off, so......I really am adult now. Sometimes I wish I had Grace's life, no worries about money...just sit back and let people wait on you. It is a shame that we were too young to appreciate it when we had it.
So the last week has consisted of being on the phone with the bank, the realtor and my parents (driving them crazy with a million questions!) Fax this...sign here. I hear this in my sleep. But also in my sleep I have wonderful dreams of Neal, Grace and I cozied up to the fire on Pumkin Lane. So I will keep you updated...miss and love you all!

Oh dear ones,
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't be happier for all of you and I know that your folks will be euphoric to have you closer when you're "in residence" on Pumpkin Lane.
How Exciting! When is the housewarming party? We have only bought new construction homes, so I would feel like an adult, too haggling the price. We've only bought cars from Carmax, so we didn't even haggle those :) Can't wait to hear more!
I'd like to have a star with my name on it on the door to my room. A real "superstar" if you will!!!! Congratulations!
