Well Amanda has left the building folks. I dropped her and the white dog off at Charlotte Douglas Airport at 6:15 am yesterday morning. I miss her already. We always pick up right where we left off. I love that about best friends. We did lots...there was a keg, hiking, kite flying, baby chasing, and lots and lots of laughing. Grace misses her so much she has developed a nasty cold in protest of Amanda leaving.
Somewhere in all the craziness Neal turned 40 and we ate cake, soaked in the hot tub and Amanda ate about 10 toasted marshmallows but I was not far behind with my 6. 
Let me not forget to mention that Amanda left her legacy here at the Stevenson household. She managed to teach teach Grace the Mary Catherine Gallagher "Supersta" move. I swear to God it is the funniest thing I have ever seen. I promise to post video footage of this soon.
So until this time next year we will miss you Amanda and I promise to have Grace saying your name by next visit. :0)
