Well I don't care what anyone says Amanda can cook! She wooped up some Thai food for the Stevenson family and a night off of cooking for me. Love that! And doesn' t she look good doing it! In her pretty green smock. I wish I would have included a picture of Amanda's Pecan Pie she made..or should I burnt. Okay...we have chosen to call it Amanda's Caramalized Colorado Pecan Pie. Neal likes to use the word shellac. Delish!
What a great time we have had with Amanda visiting. I have tried to talk her in to working full time for us as Nanny Amanda but alas she must go to school. I also want to thank Ma King for lending her daughter. I promise you I have fed her well! Pie for breakfast....truffles for snacks.
I must run but take care and Merry Christmas!

the pie has been eaten (i know bc I went to have a piece this morning and Neal beat me to it). And as for my smock...it's all the rage in Rock Hill, all the kids are wearing it.
Amy, my darling, I don't look at it as "lending" you my daughter. I look at it as "banking time" to spend in the future with you and Grace! I am glad you could have these days together, but will also be glad to have her here at the farm. Christmas kisses to you all...
I am dangerously good looking in that smock
Miss Amanda:
Always a cutie while wearing a smock,
But dangerous while cooking in a smock?
